Crafting Maker Spaces in Boston Manor

Closed 24 Sep 2019

Opened 6 Jun 2019

Overview

In 2017 London Borough of Hounslow was awarded funding by the National Lottery Heritage Fund to restore Boston Manor House, a beautiful Grade I listed Jacobean building with original decoration. The project will restore Boston Manor House, opening it to the public 6 days a week; from 2021 Boston Manor House and Park will host a regular programme of events and activities for the community. Part of the project will create new spaces for the arts and creative industries. Greater London Authority’s Good Growth Fund will support the fit-out of shared studios in the service wing of Boston Manor House and the development of an outdoor arts market under the M4 flyover.

These images show our current thinking on what the spaces might look like:

We need the input of local creative businesses to help shape our plans and ensure these spaces meet the needs of the local creative SME sector.

This survey has will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete. Thank you for your participation.
