Carers' Survey 2022

Closes 8 Jul 2022

Opened 12 May 2022

We would like to hear from people in the borough who provide unpaid support to a partner, family member or friend who cannot cope without their assistance, due to their illness, disability, mental health difficulty or addiction. This could be helping with medication, housework, benefits or accompanying to appointments. It could also be personal care such as washing and dressing.

We are keen to hear from people with lived experience, irrespective of whether they are currently accessing carer information and support services or have done in the past.

It is completely optional to take part in this survey - no questions are compulsory. But it would be very much appreciated if you'd answer as fully as you can, so we get an accurate picture of your issues and concerns.

It’s a short survey which takes approximately 10 minutes.

This survey has been extended to 8 July.

Should you require this questionnaire in an alternative format please contact the Public Health Team –

At the end of the survey, you will have the chance to enter a prize draw for a £50 Amazon voucher.

Why your views matter

We would like to engage with people who may have responsibilities to look after someone and may identify themselves as a carer to tell us about their lived experience of helping someone who needs care.

There are no right or wrong answers.

Your views are important, and we hope that by your participation in this survey, your responses will help us better understand your thoughts on what services and support should look like in the future.
