Brook Road South - Controlled Parking Zone Review

Closes 10 Feb 2023

Opened 13 Jan 2023

Results expected 1 Mar 2023

Feedback expected 3 Mar 2023

Following the introduction of the Brook Road South controlled parking zone (CPZ) in April 2015, the council is now commencing a review of the scheme.  The purpose of this review is to seek the views of those who live or work within the zone on the effectiveness, or otherwise, of the CPZ and whether changes are required.

The CPZ operates between Monday-Friday, 10-12noon & 6-8pm and "Match Day" Saturday's, 2.30-3.30pm. The CPZ incorporates Albany Road, Albany Place, Braemar Road, Brook Lane North (south of the railway line), Ealing Road (between New Road and Albany Road as well as the service road fronting Nos. 48-62 Ealing Road), Brook Road South, Grosvenor Road, Hamilton Road, Lateward Road, Mafeking Avenue, New Road, Wilkes Road, and Westbury Place.

Whilst the council are seeking your views on some specific issues that have been brought to our attention since the scheme was introduced, please also let us know of any other concerns you may have or suggestions on how the scheme can be improved.

Why your views matter

The purpose of the consultation is to give you the opportunity to have your say indicating whether you would support any changes to the CPZ or otherwise.

The survey primarily focuses on the effectiveness of the CPZ, whether it should be retained and, if so, whether the operational times are suitable.

We would appreciate you filling out the short survey by clicking 'give us your views' below.
