Layton Road / Brook Lane North traffic proposal

Closes 19 Dec 2022

Opened 24 Nov 2022

Overview

Following representations from residents regarding vehicles using Layton Road and Brook Lane North to avoid the traffic signals at the Ealing Road / A4 junction, the council is proposing to introduce a no-entry restriction on Brook Lane North and to restrict traffic from exiting onto the Great West Road (A4).

Why are we proposing this?

Traffic surveys conducted in September 2022 clearly show an increase in traffic movements between Ealing Road and the Great West Road via Layton Road and Brook Lane North compared with southbound movements on the same route.

To view a plan of the proposal and a copy of the consultation letter, please see the ‘related documents’ section at the bottom of this page.

Any personal information given is solely used for data processing relating to this consultation processes and be assured that LBH fully complies with Article 5 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR); more details on the link.
