South Chiswick Liveable Neighbourhood

Closed 17 Nov 2019

Opened 19 Sep 2019

Results Updated 9 Mar 2020

Hounslow Council launched its Liveable Neighbourhoods project across south Chiswick in late 2019. This project focuses on unlocking potential for more trips to be made by foot, bike and public transport, while improving public space. This will be delivered in partnership with the community, and we have been collecting feedback on the issues that impact your transport choices. The first phase of our consultation, to capture local views, closed in November 2019.

The council is now analysing all of the responses and suggestions and will publish a summary in May 2020, alongside an analysis of the traffic data recently collected. We’ll be providing more updates as the project develops and continuing to work in partnership with the local community. You can use the South Chiswick Liveable Neighbourhood link below to find out more about the project, review the comments posted during the initial consultation period, and sign up to our news updates through the link in the red ribbon at the top of the page.

Grove Park Piazza

One part of the project is the creation of a new public square on Grove Park Road, adjacent to the local shops and the Old Station House pub. This concept was developed a number of years ago by the local residents' association, the Grove Park Group, and the design has recently been developed further as part of the Liveable Neighbourhoods project. The council is now consulting on this design and gathering feedback on the proposals. Please click the link below for more information and to leave your comments.
