St Stephen's Road 'area' - Proposed Controlled Parking Zone Consultation

Closed 29 Jul 2022

Opened 30 Jun 2022

Results expected 31 Aug 2022

Feedback expected 16 Sep 2022

Hounslow Council has received complaints regarding parking difficulties being experienced by some residents, which is reportedly due to an increase in non-residential parking, such as that often associated with commuters or business staff.

These complaints have resulted in some residents requesting the introduction of a controlled parking zone (CPZ), and the Council are therefore seeking the views of residents in St Stephen's Road, Argyle Avenue, The Avenue and Parkside Road regarding the possible introduction of a CPZ.

Why your views matter

The purpose of the consultation is to give you the opportunity to consider the Council’s proposals before indicating whether you would support the introduction of a CPZ, or otherwise.

At this stage, the Council are seeking to understand whether there is support for parking controls in the roads consulted and, if so, what the preferred operational times should be.

We would appreciate you filling out the short survey by clicking 'Give us your views' below.

Before completing the survey on this page, please refer to the information letter which was sent to area residents via post and can be found below in the 'Related' section . This includes a summary of how CPZs work and the costs involved.
